RMPT Label Studio is the internal software for product lookup, barcode scanning, label printing, offer labels, and manager letterpad printing.
Product labels
Open Products or Scan, add items to Basket, then print. Label size stays locked for A4 and PDQ/single-label printing.
PDQ / single label
Open Basket, choose Single Label / PDQ, select one item and print at Actual Size / 100% scale.
Offer labels
Open Offers, load basket items, edit Was/Now prices, choose offer design, preview it, then print A4 or Single Offer / PDQ.
Label design
Settings includes old templates and new professional templates. Each user saves their own design in the browser.
Letterpad
Managers can create A4 letters with RMPT logo, contact details, registered-office footer, editable text, role dropdown, and optional digital signature.
Admin panel
Admins can add products, view product/user totals, add staff access codes, and manage maintenance mode.

Purpose of this software
This internal tool is used by authorised staff for product search, product labels, offer labels, barcode scanning, basket management, and manager letterpad printing.
Product and label data
The app may process SKU, product name, price, barcode, category, brand, condition, storage, and stock-related details for lookup and printing.
Camera and scanning
Camera access is used only for barcode scanning. Camera video is not intentionally stored by the application.
Local browser storage
The browser may store login/session information, basket items, label designs, offer designs, and letterpad layout settings so each user keeps their own workflow and design preferences.
Letterpad and signatures
Letter content and drawn signatures are prepared in the browser for preview and print. Staff should only enter information needed for the business purpose of the letter.

Upload Products
User Access Manager
Add staff/admin access codes and review current users.
Built-in master/super codes are protected. Custom users are saved in Worker settings.
Add Product
Maintenance Mode
Temporarily stop staff access while updating system.
Master and super admin can still login and turn this off. Staff users will see maintenance page.
